Ian Johnson joined the Carbon Rating Agency following a distinguished career at the World Bank.For eight years he was the Bank’s Vice President for Sustainable Development overseeing its work on climate change and carbon finance.

Dinesh has extensive experience in the finance, NGO and private sectors and over 15 years experience in the field of renewable energy, energy efficiency and climate change. He has managed a portfolio of over 125 CDM projects in Asia, the Asia Carbon Asset Development Facility and the global carbon trading activities of the Asia Carbon Exchange. Dinesh has also worked with The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) in India in the fields of renewable energy and climate change and was one of the core team members of the World Bank's National Strategy Study on CDM implementation in India.

David Hanrahan has worked for almost thirty years on water and urban issues worldwide, with a strong emphasis on environmental and sustainability aspects. For the past decade, he was at the World Bank dealing with policy issues and projects across all of the Bank’s operational regions.
