Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
Supporting both our ratings / risk analysis and strategic advice teams you would:
Help to position IDEAcarbon in the market;
Communicate and promote IDEAcarbon’s products;
Contribute to the development of the IDEAcarbon client base;
Help to develop IDEAcarbon’s intelligence and risk analysis products.
Profile
We are looking for candidates with:
- A degree in business related discipline (preferably an MBA) or equivalent relevant experience, with strong business acumen with minimum 5-8 years’ business development/sales experience in the carbon industry, ideally with an investment bank/rating company/financial services company;
- In depth experience in sales of financial products and services. Proactive, result-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills, and preferably multilingual;
- Person with strong business and financial analysis skills;
- Able to establish new relationships and enhance existing corporate relationships;
- Ability to understand, assess and promote appropriate business solution to the potential clients;
- Basic computer skills and ability to work on EXCEL, PowerPoint and other programmes.
